We bring the right people and the right skills
Ultimately, our approach is geared towards building lasting value for our clients.
We bring in the right people with the right skills to help our clients take responsibility for improving their customer offering; and when we go, we leave behind an in-house team with all the skills and training to take up the baton – and run with it.
Our advisory board is rich with experience and knowledge. Comprising some of the retail industry’s most respected thought leaders, and senior representatives from other sectors. But we are also practical people with a real affinity for the corporate cultures in which we work. The majority of CMG’s consultants have commercial experience as well as consulting expertise.
Our clients come first
We specialise in implementing global and local projects across the full spectrum of business change from values to hardware. We work closely alongside our client-colleagues to create the right environment for change. We are:
1. Collaborative:
We work closely with and support our clients to create and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions.
2. Honest:
We act with integrity. Always.
3. Independent:
We provide independent advice, and work as catalysts to bring disparate groups together to achieve a common goal.
4. Economical:
We believe in a proportionate response: we won’t send in six consultants to do the job of one, and we will not do unnecessary work.
5. Thorough:
We have the skills, experience and understanding to deliver outstanding results. We share with our clients our rigorous, comprehensive tools and methodologies to bring about sustainable change.
We believe in giving something back
We’re keen supporters of the Consortium for Street Children
The CSC is the leading international member-based network dedicated to advocating, promoting and campaigning for the rights of street-involved children. They are committed to creating a better and sustainable future for some of the most disadvantaged and stigmatised children by working together to inform and inspire research and action that influences policy and best practice worldwide. Our managing partner Julia Cook and financial controller Jeremy Cox both serve on the Board of Trustees.
