- We engaged with one of our clients, helping them decide whether to split their business into two separate companies based in the UK.
- CMG managed a business change programme that rationalised the business from 15 separate businesses into four regions. Additionally, CMG developed the IT Strategy and led a business change programme that rationalized a newly acquired business and delivered a significant bottom line benefit.
