Change Management Training Course
Our training course will give delegates an introduction to change, including initial concepts about programmes of change and how they relate to strategy, defining the process (or lifecycle) of change and understanding how people respond to it. Delegates will also be introduced to the five essential ingredients of change, and will learn about emotional response to change. Participants will leave the course understanding how to counteract resistance to change, the importance of good communication, and how to work with a change methodology.
