Recent Projects:
- We are helping a major high street retailer implement K3 – a complete ERP systems replacement which included stores, finance, the call centre, buying, merchandising and the warehouse. CMG is responsible for delivering all aspects of the project which will enable our client to become a true multi-channel retailer.
- We are currently working with several clients to implement Oracle solutions in both Europe and the United Arab Emirates. We are managing the process, design, training and business impact alongside driving the implementation of the new systems.
