Recent Projects:
- We were engaged to help a client who had several IT initiatives already underway with many more planned to start. To ensure control over all of these projects and develop a common approach we established a programme office capability within their IT department. The deliverable included a programme office toolkit.
- Another of our clients wanted to create a joint venture with one of their suppliers in Turkey. This would allow them to launch their products into the Turkish market. CMG created a programme management office and managed the joint venture project plan. Our focus was on managing the process for our client – so they could deliver on time and on budget.
