- Tesco wanted to better understand the relationship it had with its suppliers, and measure how effectively the team was living their corporate values. CMG invented and designed a unique Supplier Survey, which now encompasses operations in 14 countries, in 10 languages and involves over 7,000 suppliers.
- We helped a high street clothing chain measure how effectively they were engaging with their suppliers. We worked alongside their managers to quantify different areas of their relationship with, and the effectiveness of their suppliers.
- We helped another client understand what was happening in their supply base and re-engage with over 15,000 suppliers across Europe.
