Here at CMG, life is fast-paced and varied. We’re a friendly, supportive team with many years of combined change expertise and we’re passionate about the retail and consumer goods sector and as well as making sustainable change for our clients. We have a fantasic list of household name clients all over the world, from household name clients to start ups, and the work is interesting and intellectually challenging.
From Client Partner to new recruit, everyone works in close knit teams and no-one is pigeonholed into a particular skillset.
We like to get our team together on a regular basis, both formally and more informally. On joining, you’ll be assigned a new joiner buddy who will help you settle in. You’ll also have your line manager and mentor who will work with you on a personalised development plan.
