For all positions:

  • The ability to thrive in a fluid business environment
  • Excellent communication (both written, verbal and presentation skill) and strong interpersonal and relationship building experience
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn this into insights
  • A natural leader, capable of winning trust quickly, with gravitas and poise under pressure
  • A team player with experience of supporting and coaching less experienced members
  • Strong academic record: 2:1 Bachelors degree (a Masters or MBA is a plus)
  • A second language would be an asset, as would practical project experience in working in different cultures

For Consulting positions:

  • 2-5 years (Consultant), 5-8 years (Senior Consultant) or 8-12 years (Manager) experience in retail consulting
  • Hands-on business change experience in complex technology transformation projects
  • Practical understanding of core business processes (e.g. Merchandise Planning, Logistics & Distribution, Inventory Management, Retail Operations, Sourcing & Buying, Supplier Invoicing & Payments, Store Inventory Management)
  • Globally mobile
